Know the exact specifications and type of contact lenses? - Go to 3 below otherwise start here.

1. Have your prescription/packet of current contact lenses ready

You’ll find the correct contact lenses required if you have either a copy of the prescription provided by your optician or have a packet of the lenses (Right and Left eyes) you have been successfully wearing and were prescribed within the past twelve months by your Optometrist.

2. Finding the contact lens detail

Note the Manufacturer, Product name, Base Curve, Diameter and Power required for each eye. Depending on your lens there may be other parameters shown. If you want a full explanation of all the terminology see our FAQ’s.

3. Finding your contact lenses

Got all the contact lens information? Then find the correct product by accessing: 

•  Left hand menu - select contact lens product by Type or Brand
•  Top of left hand menu - Search all products using ”Quick Search” 

Finding the manufacturer and product will take you to the detail view of the product.

4. Select your prescription details

In the detail view of your contact lenses, select the exact prescription information for your right and left eyes using the drop down boxes provided. Finally select how many pairs (i.e. pair = right and left) you require from the quantities shown.

Now click the "add to the cart" button - you’ll note the shopping cart viewer on the upper right corner of the page will now indicate the number and value of items you placed in your cart.

6. Check out

• Click the “continue to checkout” 
• If you haven’t registered you’ll be prompted to “create an account”. Just follow the instructions. It’s quick and simple and has many benefits.
• You’ll have a choice of how to send us a copy of your prescription. 
  The cart page opens and you get another chance to check / correct your contact lens prescription information
• Click 'order' at the bottom of the page to continue. The subsequent pages are SSL-secured 
• Simply follow the instructions, until you are asked to submit your order by clicking the 'order' button at the bottom of the payment page.

7. Paying for your contact lenses and accessories

You will be directed to our secure card payment system where you will be prompted to submit your card information. Please follow the instructions to complete your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You might want to keep these emails for your reference. They also include a link to a page indicating the status of your order.

You can always check on your order by accessing your account

Warning: You are responsible for ordering the correct contact lenses as prescribed by your optician. Please bear in mind that parameters other than the ones prescribed to you may cause eye injuries.

You will be required to submit to us a copy of your latest contact lens prescription to confirm that you have ordered correctly.
